I recently came in to get a new set of tires. I decided on Pirelli Scorpions A/T Plus ahead of time and you folks had the best installed price plus a $70 rebate! No Brainer. Arrived on time but wound up spending 2-1/2 hours waiting before the car was ready. That was the only downside. Your staff was very courteous and polite and I’m VERY pleased with the new tires - my Frontier rides like new and snow driving hasn’t required 4wd yet-it’s awesome. Thank you! More
I worked with Jennifer to purchase my Explorer ST. She was a very friendly person, but seemed in a huge rush. The night I came to test drive the vehicle, I had scheduled an appointment for 5pm. I tried to get there a little earlier, but I couldn’t get to the dealership until about 4:45pm. They closed at 6pm. By the time I got back from my test drive and we negotiated a deal it was time to close. My fiancé and I filled out our credit applications in the dark because most everyone had left the building except for Jennifer and the finance Manager, Rob, we worked with. The General Manager came out of his office and apologized and had to turn the lights back on for us. I think he was embarrassed that we were sitting in the dark. He was very professional and friendly. When we went in to finance, before Rob even introduced himself he made a comment to my fiancé in regards to the mask that he was wearing, “Wow, I’ve never seen anyone walk around with a Chargers mask on before!” This is my fiancé’s favorite football team. This was extremely rude and uncalled for. Had I not wanted that specific car so much I probably would have walked out. When I came to pick up the car Jennifer seemed really flustered because we were the last delivery of the night and our paperwork needed to be re-printed 3 times. The first time was because they had my monthly payment at a higher price than we had agreed on. The second time was because I wanted to purchase gap insurance and was never offered this before hand. And the 3rd time was because all of the paperwork was printed without the spot for my co-signer to sign. I felt that Jennifer was more concerned about getting home for the night, than concerned about walking me through all of the features in my new car and showing me how everything worked. She said, “You are smart cookies, I know that you will figure it out” I felt really stressed out driving home because I didn’t know what any of the buttons did. Or how to even adjust the steering wheel. Luckily my fiancé was with me and has a newer F-350 with some of the same features and was able to figure most of it out. But, I would have really appreciated it if someone had taken the time to show me everything. Also, I traded in my car and was not transferring the plates onto the new car. I was told that someone was taking them off for me and that they would give them to me before we left. However because everything was so rushed we were never given the old plates to take home with us to surrender at DMV. So I had to drive all the way back in the morning to pick them up. This was not the best experience I felt I could have had when purchasing a $50k vehicle. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but in hindsight I am wishing that I had given the business to a different dealership. If they care about the commission, they should care about the customer. More

Metro Ford is the best dealership that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with they’re always attentive answers all my questions and takes good care of me they care about me and my vehicle and they do it pleasure of dealing with they’re always attentive answers all my questions and takes good care of me they care about me and my vehicle and they do it with the pleasure of a smile on their face it’s not fun when your vehicle isn’t working properly but at least when you go to Metro Ford the people there make it as pleasant as possible and they take care of you in a very professional and pleasant manner I would never go anywhere else.
