It was absolutely by far the easiest purchase of a car that I have ever done. Because of covid, everything changed. I contacted the dealer, we negotiated a price on the phone, they asked for my financials and I went in to sign papers for my new Shelby GT 350R. There was no dealer mark up by the way. As long the dealership knew I was a serious buyer and committed to the purchase it was fine. I absolutely loved doing business with JT in finance. That guy is really down to earth and is really good at what he does. Will absolutely come back Metro Ford when I buy another Ford product. Metro by the way is also 2 hours away from us and I can tell you I will never give my local dealership which is literally 5 minutes down the street the time of day again. More

Got. a letter from Ford, my Explorer had a safety recall. Called Metro, They knew about recall,, scheduled 10 days out. Got an e-mail and 2 text reminders about my appointment. So I drive 1/2 hr to drop off Called Metro, They knew about recall,, scheduled 10 days out. Got an e-mail and 2 text reminders about my appointment. So I drive 1/2 hr to drop off told them about a exhaust leak. They said might be an issue with parts. They called next day, it was done. Drive 1/2 hr back. Never did recall, parts are back ordered. No idea of when it’s in or if I’m scheduled. The car has been parked. Could have waited on other repair and avoided 2 hr travel time for a repair that wasn’t done. You knew the repair and parts needed and made sure I was coming in but knew you didn’t have the parts for the safety recall. Not happy More
