If I could give zero stars I would. Rob , manager of the truck shop was rude and not accommodating I made an appointment for service on a Friday. Truck was dropped off Thursday evening. I called for a status update at 3pm on Friday and was told they “might” be able to look at it on Monday. When I spoke to Rob on Monday, he said that they are 2 weeks behind. I asked why he would book my appointment if he knew that. Before I could finish my sentence, Rob interrupted and asked do you want to reschedule or not? No thanks Metro Ford. I’ll never be back. If I cant trust you to schedule and keep an appointment, I don’t trust you with my truck. More
