Had appointment for st oil change and had a recall for rear view camera, also wanted them to check out a vibration and surging in the driveline. Metro is 50 minutes from me house, after 2 hours in service rear view camera, also wanted them to check out a vibration and surging in the driveline. Metro is 50 minutes from me house, after 2 hours in service I was told I was all set, service writer left my paperwork with cashier and walked away, after getting home, I realized the camera no longer had grid lines, I tried to reset in settings but no luck, had to go back again next day to have programmed, asked why it wasn’t check for operation and he said they should have, also never said anything about the driveline issue I have, but paperwork says it’s normal, it still reels like the tires are out of round at 35-40 mph. This is my 3rd F150, and 7th Ford since 2010, my previous service with metro on last truck were fine, but this experience has been lacking, I will go to another dealer the have the driveline looked at again. More

Overall the experience was great. Nicole was awesome. My only concern was around all the back and forth that went on with the trade in value negotiations..
