My last experience with the service center at this dealership left me disappointed. I dropped my car off at 8 am for an oil change, tire rotation and tire balance. The service agent said the car wou dealership left me disappointed. I dropped my car off at 8 am for an oil change, tire rotation and tire balance. The service agent said the car would be ready around 1 pm. I returned to the dealership at 3 pm and the car was still in the shop. The work wasn't completed until 5 pm and I cashed out at 5:10 pm. I didn't drop off my car at 8 am to have to wait 2 hours at 3 pm for my car to be ready. More
