The people at Metro are very patient. No matter what the factory throws at them that don’t stop until they find it and fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They sell LEMONS! I bought a 2016 Ford Escape new, has less than 100k miles, and engine blown. They won't accept a trade-in. Bought a 2012 Ford Edge a few years earlier. Had multiple Ford Escape new, has less than 100k miles, and engine blown. They won't accept a trade-in. Bought a 2012 Ford Edge a few years earlier. Had multiple issues, they couldn't fix it. That car only had 29k miles. Had to trade in after 3 months. They are not willing to work with ANYONE! Dave & Dave are greedy. The Sales guys and Service Department folks are nice, too bad they work for JERKS! More

The experience wasn’t the greatest. The truck was supposed to be “detailed” but the interior was covered in pet hair, and there was scratches on the exterior that should’ve been taken care of. I'm in love with my "new" 2017 Ford Edge. Nicole was I'm in love with my "new" 2017 Ford Edge. Nicole was awesome to work with. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Metro Ford and we've worked with I'm in love with my "new" 2017 Ford Edge. Nicole was awesome to work with. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Metro Ford and we've worked with Nicole each time.! She (and JT) worked very hard to help me get the car that I wanted even though it was more expensive than leasing. Even after they explained the financial difference they did not give me a hard time about me still wanting to buy the used car. More
