The people at Metro are very patient. No matter what the factory throws at them that don’t stop until they find it and fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They sell LEMONS! I bought a 2016 Ford Escape new, has less than 100k miles, and engine blown. They won't accept a trade-in. Bought a 2012 Ford Edge a few years earlier. Had multiple Ford Escape new, has less than 100k miles, and engine blown. They won't accept a trade-in. Bought a 2012 Ford Edge a few years earlier. Had multiple issues, they couldn't fix it. That car only had 29k miles. Had to trade in after 3 months. They are not willing to work with ANYONE! Dave & Dave are greedy. The Sales guys and Service Department folks are nice, too bad they work for JERKS! More
The experience wasn’t the greatest. The truck was supposed to be “detailed” but the interior was covered in pet hair, and there was scratches on the exterior that should’ve been taken care of. She (and JT) worked very hard to help me get the car that I wanted even though it was more expensive than leasing. Even after they explained the financial difference they did not give me a hard time about me still wanting to buy the used car. More
This review is for the dealership itself and not the saleswoman I worked with. i find it troubling that the Ford certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased had to be brought back in less than a week after saleswoman I worked with. i find it troubling that the Ford certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased had to be brought back in less than a week after bringing it home. Somehow after going over a 172 point inspection the entire bubbling hood was missed. This was/is a well known issue with Ford for certain years on the explorers. I just don’t understand how such an obvious thing can missed on a vehicle they claim to look all over. The hood ended up being replaced (byMetro, price covered by Ford) and I got to drive a rental car (which I was charged for gas on) for 3 days. I figured the least they could do was cover the gas charges but I guess not. Also, when entering the dealership there’s no one ever at the front desk. it’s strange that you have to go find someone to give your money too. Most likely won’t do business with them again. More
