I had one of the best experience at Metro Ford. I have leased several cars in the past but never felt more comfortable, satisfied when leaving Metro. I worked directly with Nicole Bellanger in sales who is amazing she took her time with me without making me stay there for hours like most dealers plus I got to take my lease home that night!! JT in finance was amazing as well. Great personality and so helpful. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else ever again to buy/lease a car. Thanks Nicole & JT! I expected the process to be much longer due to exceeded repairs needed, but instead it was a lot more quicker. As well the collision advisor, Dave, was more than amazing with giving me updates on the repai repairs needed, but instead it was a lot more quicker. Took too long in the shop for what was done, I was there 5 hours. Put in request to see why pulls to right when braking. Suggestion was caliper locking up.
