We are very dissatisfied with the business office Metro Ford. Our experience with the service department has been tremendous but we have called several times now to the business office asking for a copy of Ford. Our experience with the service department has been tremendous but we have called several times now to the business office asking for a copy of a lease of a car that we turned in for our eighty-year-old cousin who had a stroke. To this day no one has returned our calls even though we've left several messages. Their business office is terrible to deal with. Especially if they don't return your phone calls. More
