I can only think of one or two pleasant interactions with Metro Ford over 4 years. They've accused me of lying about precious service I've received, they've closed a garage door on my car, they've taken 3 ho Metro Ford over 4 years. They've accused me of lying about precious service I've received, they've closed a garage door on my car, they've taken 3 hours to do a comped oil change from said damage, and they've taken 3 hours to mount and balance a single tire with an appointment. The body shop reported an incident to carfax after saying they don't do that, then vehemently denied having done so. They've refused to honor a warranty claim for a failed cat (well, they still haven't made a final decision on that one. It has only been a little over a year since they said they'd let me know. Maybe they will eventually.) I spent well over an hour on hold with the cat issue, until after the courtesy shuttle stopped running. When I did get there, I told them I was buying a GT350 but refused to buy one from them. They scoffed at me, and now I have a GT350R. More

I had a mirror ordered and painted so I could install on my wife’s car. Overall I had a decent experience. However, a couple times I called; body shop and parts didn’t seem to communicate and they passed me my wife’s car. Overall I had a decent experience. However, a couple times I called; body shop and parts didn’t seem to communicate and they passed me back and forth on the phone. I didn’t appreciate that and would rather they work it out; which they eventually did. Mirror did come out great and I was concerned about cost to paint after a $650 dollar mirror. I was relieved that it was less than $100 to paint it. Thanks for getting the part so quick. More
