I brought my truck in for an oil change and some maintenance on the brakes. When I picked it up there were oil stains on the seat and I was quite upset. The next day I called and spoke with Jay abou maintenance on the brakes. When I picked it up there were oil stains on the seat and I was quite upset. The next day I called and spoke with Jay about the stains. He apologized and arranged for me to bring my truck back in to get it cleaned. I didn’t understand when they decided to set me up with a rental for a couple of days since I only wanted my seat cleaned, but I just went with it. When I got my truck back to my surprise the entire thing was detailed inside and out!! It looked like it was new off the showroom floor! Thank you so much to the service team at Metro! I won’t be going anywhere else😁👍 More
