The sales women, Jennifer, that I worked with was more interested in helping her sister rather than us. Even though we had arrived before her. The sales guy, Bill, we worked with told a whole lot of lies. interested in helping her sister rather than us. Even though we had arrived before her. The sales guy, Bill, we worked with told a whole lot of lies. I didn't want a bunch of unnecessary inquires on my credit report. So we kindly asked that they only run the loan application through one bank and let me know what the result was. However, when they brought me into the sales office they immediately started talking about extended warranties. Even though we told them we just wanted to know the results of the application. The sales man ran it through 2 banks. Both being ford itself and the bank. Telling me that the inquiry only counts as one and that ford pulls the credit and send it to the bank. So the bank doesn't have to pull it. He than tried to tell me that he had mentioned that he pulled both reports. Which he didn't. Then proceeded to tell me that the bank wouldn't accept my loan because I was "outside city limits." We then didn't want to deal with him anymore. So we went and was helped by Rob, who was a nice guy to work with. Although anytime we called him. He didn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Even after getting directly entered into his computer to call us. More
