Had to bring my car there for collision repair. Car was kept 2 weeks longer than needed. Car interior was filthy and not sanitized when I picked it up. When I was told my car was finished, they couldn't fi kept 2 weeks longer than needed. Car interior was filthy and not sanitized when I picked it up. When I was told my car was finished, they couldn't find the collision service employee working my case who had my car and keys. I had to wait 25-30 minutes before he arrived. Had to bring my car back for additional minor repair of the interior dome light as a result of the accident and the mechanic gave me a hard time even though I had called and set up an appointment with the collision department. I was forced to bring it there by my auto insurance. I will never bring my vehicle there again ,or be a potential future customer for a vehicle purchase and will advise anyone I know to avoid this dealership if they are looking to purchase a vehicle or bring it there for repairs. More
