Service was good but 1st service writer i approached had to be asked to put on mask and would not cover his nose after being asked repeatedly..moved on to next service writer who also remarked to service wr to be asked to put on mask and would not cover his nose after being asked repeatedly..moved on to next service writer who also remarked to service writer #1 he wasn’t covering his nose..very disappointed More
Went in for standard inspection and oil change under prepaid maintance agreement. There promptly for 8:30am appointment. Car sat in lot for over an hour and was brought in when we complained. I will never bother making another “appointment.” Order taker was stupid enough to tell us sometimes an “appointment” doesn’t get in at all!! Spoke with “manager”( can’t remember name) and he offered condolences. More

Went for an airbag recall on my Fusion. Appointment was easy to make, although waiting for service to pick up the phone took forever. Drop off was easy. Was told it would take no more than 2 hours, but it easy to make, although waiting for service to pick up the phone took forever. Drop off was easy. Was told it would take no more than 2 hours, but it took almost 4 before I heard back. Pick-up was smooth, but really had to search for my car by constantly hitting the lock button. All they told me was it was "parked out in back by service." After that, I was on my own. Perhaps if I'd had to pay for the service... More
