Went in for standard inspection and oil change under prepaid maintance agreement. There promptly for 8:30am appointment. Car sat in lot for over an hour and was brought in when we complained. I will never bother making another “appointment.” Order taker was stupid enough to tell us sometimes an “appointment” doesn’t get in at all!!
