Wasn’t too happy. At pick up unaware where to go. Handed keys. Walking around looking for my car. No one seemed to want to assist. I had just had surgery. Management can do better Nicole was a pleasure to work with and did exceptional work to help me with my purchase. I never met the sales manager or any other manager from thi Nicole was a pleasure to work with and did exceptional work to help me with my purchase. I never met the sales manager or any other manager from this dealership before, during or after the sale was completed. This was a departure for my experience with other dealerships when someone always came to meet me and thank me for doing business with their dealership. Rating this dealership on friendliness should NOT be a reflection on Nicole but should be viewed as an opportunity for improvement - management to have some level of face-to-face contact with clients. I've never seen this level of standoffishness from any other dealer I've worked with in the past and think management can do better to personalize the buying experience. More

Check engine light came on The service person said I could bring it in around 1:00 and they would check it out. When I got there they told me they could get to it around 3:00 o The service person said I could bring it in around 1:00 and they would check it out. When I got there they told me they could get to it around 3:00 or 4:00. They called and said ir was ready and it was something in the electronics and the light had gone out. I went to get it and had to wait about twenty minutes just for them to bring it around. I drove home and found they had not given me the key. I had the extra set with me. Before I could even get home with it the check engine light came right back on. Since I purchased the service agreement I will NOT be going back. They don’t know how to do a job correctly. More
