This was the 1st time in all my years I have ever been able to deal with metro Ford. I have tried to buy 3 trucks for them with no success. Very Bad, and added insurance at time off sale is a scam!!!! What a joke doing business here to replace a tire, which I was told was "compromised" and driven on when flat, which was NOT the case. After running onto a pothole, I got out of my vehicle to check for damage; front rim had a "nick" and the rear rim was destroyed (no flat tires). The next day the tire was flat and I had it towed to this dealership to have 1 tire inflated and 1 rim replaced. I called the dealership after 1.5 days to check the status and was told I needed to purchase a new tire because I drove on it flat - WHICH I DID NOT. A new tire and rim was over $1,100.00 - and no this isn't a mustang! I purchased and pay each month with the payment of the vehicle "special" insurance for dent, dings to my paint, and tire and wheel coverage which is a total waste of my money. The finance person at this dealership should be ashamed for selling me fraudulent coverage that has been useless to me and is costing me each month. I was told the "tire wasn't punctured so it wasn't covered under my "special coverage." Should I put a hole in my tire the next time I hit a pothole and it breaks the seal on the rim?? Almost done: Then I pick the vehicle up and I have white grease all over two rims and tires that were worked on, which took me $15.00 in tire cleaner to clean. YES, MY VEHICLE WAS DIRTIER WHEN I PICKED IT UP< THAN WHEN I HAD IT TOWED TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIR. Doesn't anyone take pride in their work anymore?????? I will surely be seeking a different dealership to do business with!!!! Terrible, Terrible work! And to think I traded a Honda in for a Ford to deal with crap service and being duped by the finance guy at the close of the deal for insurance that is useless More
