Experience was good. Had asked the salesman to put on a front license plate bracket but instead he just screwed it directly into the bumper with 2 different size screws. Also asked salesman to fix emergen front license plate bracket but instead he just screwed it directly into the bumper with 2 different size screws. Also asked salesman to fix emergency brake handle it was a bit loose and the brake light would come on and sound off alarm. That wasn't connected either. More

A great place to trust for your car I started using Metro Ford Service over the past three years. I have never had a problem with them. I have a 2018 Ford Escape which I purchased new. The heater has never worked correctly. The car can reach 100 degrees but my legs are freezing. It blows cold air out of the bottom area under the steering wheel. Brought it into service 2x and they don't see a problem. Then at 25,000 miles my engine blew up! Literally! My car came to a complete stop and turned off on the Northway!!! Had to get a complete new engine. They had my car for a week and gave me a loaner to drive. Now at 29,000 miles the axl goes. Felt like I was driving on rocks when I had foot on gas. I made an appt for 9:00am on a Monday. I called at 11:00 am and they still never looked at my car. So I call back at at 12:15. Charmaine is the one and only person that was helpful in the entire ordeal, tells me my advisor will call me back. Still no call. Now it's 1:15 and I call back again! I spoke to Charmaine and told her I want a manager to call me. They told me to have the car there at 9am!!! It's now 1:00 and nobody has looked at my car. I didn't want to go 2 days without my car because they didn't have the time to look at it even though I had an appointment for 9am. Manager calls. They're working on it. They are still evaluating and most likely it will not be done today . So a day later with a new axl here we are. They kept my car for 2 days. The 3rd day another advisor called and asked if I can bring the car back. The mechanic wasn't sure if he tightened up the lug nuts or whatever he called it. Are you kidding me??? So back in I go on the 3rd day to make sure everything is secure. To say it has been an ordeal is an understatement!!! Will be getting rid of this NEW car I purchased and it can't be soon enough. The lack of communication from the advisors is horrible. I do not recommend this dealership or purchasing a Ford Escape. I've had many new cars in my life and this is literally the first time I've had to deal with so many problems with under 30,000 miles. More
