John, my service advisor, agreed to take a short drive with me. He heard the sound. It was agreed, to my satisfaction, that if the noise persisted I could just drop in and a mechanic would re-check. I had a question on how to delete only some of my addresses in Navigation when the only command was “Delete All.” Troy got in my car and showed me the method. I was impressed that the service manager would stop what he was doing to help me. More
