Great service ! My Service manager was Troy and he always is honest and makes sure what I need done, is done completely and correctly. For instance I asked him to check the tread on the tire before the winter weather gets here as I’m an outside sales rep and on the road in all weather. He assured me I have only half the wear on the tires and he’ll check them again at my next oil change. He’s been at Metro Ford a long time but he was my service manager at Lazare mercury before they went out of business. He was definitely an important deciding factor when I decided to buy my Ford Escape there just over a year ago. I also talked to Bill about extended warranty options while waiting the 25 minutes for my car to be done. More
