After we had problems with it they insisted that we changed the oil and used a wix oil filter. When all of my non warranty work is done by my son who runs his own mechanic business. He don't use the wiz filters either. After they listened to my son they found the problem with the engine like my son suggested to look. After the motor and new parts were put in they didn't change the coils for the new motor which would think you would do because you put the new motor in. More

I got top of the line Goodyear all season tires (with a rebate from using my Ford Ser I needed new tires, a battery (6 years old) and routine service. I got top of the line Goodyear all season tires (with a rebate from using my Ford Service account), the battery and service for much less than I expected. The service manager noticed a slight noise in my brakes and had this corrected before it could become a serious (and expensive) problem. Thanks, Troy! More
Lied to and Ignored My F-150 would not start at Crossgates mall at 6:00 pm on 10/14. I called a tow company and asked them to tow the truck to this service station. The My F-150 would not start at Crossgates mall at 6:00 pm on 10/14. I called a tow company and asked them to tow the truck to this service station. They convinced me to take it to the 3rd party center saying they were easier to work with. They looked at it 10/16 and determined it was a bad in tank fuel pump. I looked at my documentation and realized the truck was still under warranty for another few hundred miles. I had it towed to Metro Ford and had the 3rd party leave the diagnostic in the truck. I called setting up an appointment for 7:15 am with Charmaine notifying her of the diagnostic already made. I confirmed the truck was towed and on site at 4:15pm 10/16. I called at the end of the day 10/17 looking for status and was told they were still looking at it. I called 10/18 around lunch and was told I would be called back. At the end of the day I was called and told the truck had not been looked at yet and couldn't be looked at till Monday 10/21. Every call i asked about ordering the part needed to speed up the process. I called Monday and was informed it was the in tank pump and the part needed to be ordered. The truck was then not ready pick up the truck until 10/23, a full week after being dropped off after diagnostics were already done. In addition the truck had an massive odor of fuel and oil that required driving with the windows down and 3 days to air out, the clock was incorrect, and the truck now indicates it needs an oil change after having ~35% when dropped off. I don't know if it does or not, but I am certainly not happy about being without a truck again while the service happens, when it could have been brought to my attention so I didn't at least have to be without it again. I doubt I will ever service my vehicle again here and very likely being going to DePaula for my next purchase. This was a comedy of errors on top of just being lied to when first calling. More
