So thankful for the deal i got at Metro I came from out of the area to shop at Metro. They provided me a pretty good trade in value on my car and i was able to take advantage of generous Fo I came from out of the area to shop at Metro. Even with all the incentives i was still on a budget as i was in the middle of refinancing my home and was being told by my mortgage officer that i had debt / income limits that had to be honored otherwise the refinance would fail. Recognizing this, and respecting it, Metro provided additional discount to put the deal together, to honor my budget. It was a total solution to all my needs and i am so very thankful for it. They even threw in a free bedliner, and not a cheap one at that. All the staff i interacted with, beginning with Yvonne on-line, and all the sales & business office folks were great. I also enjoyed meeting and working with Mark F during the September sales event. Overall very satisfied so far and look forward to a good relationship with Metro. I would highly recommend them. They are professional and a large enough dealership to offer the best deals. Please send me some oil change coupons for your service department...smile...!! I visited the first day after informing the internet sales guy that I wanted to test drive a particula Great sales people and excellent communication. I visited the first day after informing the internet sales guy that I wanted to test drive a particular Dodge Challenger. I drove 1.5 hours and when I got there the car was near the front doors waiting for me to get right in. After a nice greeting from my main sales lady, I was test driving within 10 minutes. When we returned from the drive, I was there less than an hour before being approved for a price I felt was very fair given the quality of vehicle. I went back 3 days later to pick up the car. And even on that day, I was there about an hour. No delays, or B.S. like you get with a lot of dealerships. No pressures on buying extended warranties or other add-ons. For once, the finance guy and sales lady were strait forward and genuine. Very rare these days. I will return the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommended!! More
