My experience was so very bad. I had an appointment to have my car checked out as I was experiencing problems with the transmission. Well almost 2 months later I finally got my car I had an appointment to have my car checked out as I was experiencing problems with the transmission. Well almost 2 months later I finally got my car back. Also during all this time I was the one calling them to check on my car. They never bothered to call me and give me any updates. I will never bring my car to be serviced at Metro Ford again. More

Hands Down The Best Dealer Experience Great sales people and excellent communication. I visited the first day after informing the internet sales guy that I wanted to test drive a particula Great sales people and excellent communication. I visited the first day after informing the internet sales guy that I wanted to test drive a particular Dodge Challenger. I drove 1.5 hours and when I got there the car was near the front doors waiting for me to get right in. After a nice greeting from my main sales lady, I was test driving within 10 minutes. When we returned from the drive, I was there less than an hour before being approved for a price I felt was very fair given the quality of vehicle. I went back 3 days later to pick up the car. And even on that day, I was there about an hour. No delays, or B.S. like you get with a lot of dealerships. No pressures on buying extended warranties or other add-ons. For once, the finance guy and sales lady were strait forward and genuine. Very rare these days. I will return the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommended!! More

Oil change/other issue with vehicle We brought our 2018 Escape in for it’s first oil change but wanted to ask about a noise we hear once in awhile when backing up and turning the wheel. We brought our 2018 Escape in for it’s first oil change but wanted to ask about a noise we hear once in awhile when backing up and turning the wheel. The person we talked to checked things out while it was on the lift, and drove it around the parking lot, and didn’t see anything unusual. He did say a few other customers mentioned the same loud thud noise. He looked online and said Ford has some notes about what the problem could be. I asked what we should do and he said we’d have to wait until more information is learned. Although we went home without the issue being resolved I feel good that it was looked at and that other people have the problem. Unfortunately we don’t remember the name of the person who helped us. More
