1st new truck oil change I recently had my 1st truck oil change and overall lookup of my new 2018 f-150. I walked into service around 11am as I had made an appointment a few days earlier, was greeted with a smile and taken in almost immediately after the paper work was completed. Overall, I think I was there around 1/2 an hour for the service. Quick and painless as my 1st oil change was on the house. For all those reading, I have nothing but compliments for the service department as they are very professional and always act in you the customers best interest. I had recently purchased a new cell phone and was having trouble pairing it up to the truck so I could have hands free talking while driving, and my service tech came out and showed me how to finalize this small venture which for me is a big thing being not so tech saavy Old dinosaur my kids call me.If you are interested in buying a vehicle, look at metru ford. Easy to deal with and no pressure and so far great serice. More

Not pushy Actually Metro was my last stop for auto dealerships being so close to my home. I went looking for a truck. Upon entering the lot I was hooked up with Actually Metro was my last stop for auto dealerships being so close to my home. I went looking for a truck. Upon entering the lot I was hooked up with JJ and thank god he got me in the right direction and I checked out a used truck and purchased one. JJ did a outstanding job with my purchase. The truck was delivered to me. A couple of minuses it did not have a owners booklet, I called JJ and he took care of it. Yesterday I did notice that the truck did not have the black cup inserts in the front compartment. Maybe this can be taken care of in this review. More
