Nicole cares about her customers! I came in for a simple oil change and left with my engine light on. I called right back and was told they couldn't help me because they closed in a half hour. When I opened my hud my engine cover had oil all over it and my battery cover was off. Last year we purchased a new truck and expedition from Metro and now they couldn't help me with a truck with 17,000 miles on it???? I told them I was leaving for a work trip the next morning and they told me to go to another dealer and have them look at it. I ended up being late for work and missing a conference call because of this. This was all a result of my oil cap not being put on after my oil change. I ended up having to call Nicole who went above and beyond to get me a loaner car and get my truck looked at. She really cars about her customers even after they leave the show room. If it wasn't for her fantastic service I would not return to Metro Ford for service work. The service department could learn a lot from her. Thank again Nicole for caring about your customers!!!!! More

Horrible. Buy ford not metro ford. This is my second time at the service center. All of my needs are covered under warranty but they trick you into telling you that they are not covered This is my second time at the service center. When we arrived to drop the vehicle off were told we don't have an appointment after calling and scheduling one a week in advance. ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS THER THE PROBLEM WAS NOT EVEN LOOKED AT AS THE ENGINE TECH WERE TO BUSY AND HAVE TO RESCHEDULE A THIRD VISIT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. All in all in-effective and poor service would be my opinion. More
This dealership was nothing short of amazing!!! I have been to many dealerships and this was my first one where everything went off without a hitch! incomplete had the 10000 mile check up at a cost of 70 dollars +-. the following day after the service my low pressure light came on. when I checked the press had the 10000 mile check up at a cost of 70 dollars +-. the following day after the service my low pressure light came on. when I checked the pressure in all the tires,. it ranged from 30 to 32 lbs. recommend tire pressure is 35 lbs. I put 35 lbs in all tires and the light went out. if this is part of the check up, why wasn't the correct tire pressure installed. outside of that the service seems to be ok. More
