Disappointed I made an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t get out of there until after 11:00. Easy experience very little hasell Just purchased a new F 150. The first time I stopped in to the dealership and asked for a specific salesman I was told that the intercom was not work Just purchased a new F 150. The first time I stopped in to the dealership and asked for a specific salesman I was told that the intercom was not working well but they would try and page him. After a 15 minute wait I left as no one seemed to know where this person was. I was almost not going to come back as I was just looking at that time and not really in need of anything but I figured I'd look and see what was around. I did come back a couple of days later and spoke to the salesman I had purchased maybe 1/2 dozen vehicles from and he told me he was off they day I stopped in. Seems to me someone should have know that. I ended up with a purchase as I felt it was a good deal, and I am glad I did. Once we got into the process it went very smoothly. I also believe someone should be more familiar with the vehicle electronics to educate a new buyer. I have had to figure most of it out myself. More
