Long waits and stupid lies My appointment was at 1. My diagnosis (for a check engine light that I already said was for my O2 sensors) took almost 2 hours to complete, then anoth My appointment was at 1. My diagnosis (for a check engine light that I already said was for my O2 sensors) took almost 2 hours to complete, then another 2 hours for repairs. After everything was finished the service rep told me that I needed my wipers replaced because they're scratching the window. The wipers are new and work perfectly. This cheap scam made for a terrible experience. More
