Poor communication Service department never called me for an update on my car. Always had to call them to get an update. Assured me my vehicle would be done in a few days. Took two additional weeks to finish. Eta changed 3 times due to "too much work" they couldnt handle. Car under limited warranty. Told over the phone used sales is picking up the bill. Cashier tried to tell me i owed almost $2,000. Placed on hold for over 30 minutes a couple times i called. hung up on 3 times during the whole process. Service told me its not their fault more work kept coming in but my car will be worked on as soon as the new work that came in gets done. Poor communication and poor management More

Never again 30 miles on my car Looking for a noise above the drivers seat after I told them where it was coming from. Better news was after the 30 miles and leaving g my Explorer on E w 9 miles until empty and the noise is still there. Complaint to the dealer manager Bill Thorpe was a waste of time. He was fine with the miles and was more concerned with the interruption in his lunch than anything else. Never heard back from service manager. Like i stated . NEVER AGAIN. More

Truck service Truck was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 25000 mile service.. Oil change,fuel filter change. Plus a couple other things. Dropped off day before. Was told hadn't even touched truck. No oil change. No fuel filter change. Took it as wasn't touched. Lest they could've done was change those 2 things More
