I could not find mine on the lot in the service row. I asked a tech to locate the car and it was out in front. I also suggest placing a bench by the service door for people to wait for rides. Standing by the door on the lot I had to move multiple times to avid getting hit. More

Fabulous Service I brought my car in for service because it was making strange noises that I knew were not normal. Troy Hanlon listened to my description of what was I brought my car in for service because it was making strange noises that I knew were not normal. Troy Hanlon listened to my description of what was happening with my car, made sure he was writing down what I said correctly, and passed that information on to the technician, Zach Hotaling. Zach sent me the video of what he found that needed to be fixed and clearly explained what he was going to do. A little later, I received a call from Troy, explaining that once Zach got into the repair, he realized that another service was going to have to be made, and let me know what that would entail. From start to finish, I felt I and my car were in good hands all the way through. I know it's a little thing, but I really liked that my car was waiting right by the front door when it was done. It's all the little things that make having my car serviced at Metro such a pleasant experience. Thank you! More

2019 escape nightmare I called the dealership on Wednesday night when my brand new car would not start. Neither the dealership nor the app assist could help me. The service I called the dealership on Wednesday night when my brand new car would not start. Neither the dealership nor the app assist could help me. The service center was closed. I called the service center in the morning and Troy was amazing. I made an appointment to come in, he provided me with a new fob and reprogrammed the one I had. He also reviewed some feature of my vehicle that had not been previously explained to me! Troy turned my whole day around!!! More

deisel fuel prolbem traveling back from flordia. stopped to get fuel. ended up with water in fuel, stopped at a ford dealer ship in Pa. said they changed filters, everyth traveling back from flordia. stopped to get fuel. ended up with water in fuel, stopped at a ford dealer ship in Pa. said they changed filters, everything looked ok. put it on code machine all good. GUESS NOT, 35 miles later the same problem, truck wouldn't go over 40 mph. stopped at another place that fixes just diesels. they did the same thing. we limped it home. Called metro, they dropped tank, which should have been done at the first ford dealership. they will get a piece of my mind. Anyway metro fixed the problem and back on the road again. More
