And then i have to pay for a diagnostic inspection after waiting for 2 hrs..i broght the ford edge i bought from metro ford to get a back brake squeal fixed, when i got it home it started squealing again, so i took the wheel off and found only one brake pad in the rear was changed and one old pad left on, along with a seized caliper, i unseized the caliper and replaced the brake pad with a new one, fixed it myself, i paid $200 for nothing and waited 3hrs, what did they do for 3hrs?!...i brought my truck in for a simple alignment, and was told i needed $2,100 worth of work, when in reality i needed one bushing, my ball joints are all fine, i was ok with fixing the bushing along with the alignment, but not everything else. I just needed a simple alignment, the mechanic wouldnt do the alignment, And i was treated like i dont know anything, when i do all my own work on my vehicles and have plenty of experience. I felt like the mechanic just didnt want to be bothered with it. More
Fast service Although I waited for more than an hour I’ve heard and witnessed other service departments at other dealers take well over 2 hours. The waiting lounge is top notch however I like to use the lunch tables by the soda machine so I can watch whatever I want on my phone. The service department staff all deserve raises in my opinion but Jay is my go to guy if he looks free to help. The mechanic that performed the service on my truck was professional and thorough during the video inspection sent via text to my phone. He even noted the condition of aftermarket products I’ve had installed under the truck during his inspection. Which I appreciate because everybody who’s over 45 knows it’s not so fun crawling under your truck to look at stuff! Thanks again to everyone. More

Service Not Done Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After paying and picking up car, I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done. Talked to service writer, who contacted service manager, and he confirmed tire rotation had not been done. Technicians excuse was that HE FORGOT TO DO IT! Also after leaving, I checked under the hood and the windshield washer fluid was low, not topped off. I can only hope that the oil and filter were actually changed. Very disappointed in the level of service from the Ford dealership where we purchased the car. More
