Service Manager to the rescue, again.. I called and spoke to Charles who is always a pleasure to speak with. I dropped off my car but was not greeted by anyone so I walked up to Roger (?). I called and spoke to Charles who is always a pleasure to speak with. I dropped off my car but was not greeted by anyone so I walked up to Roger (?). He said hed have my car done between 3 and 4pm., no problem. I called at 330 because I had not heard anything and nothing. I finally got a hold of Troy and he said that he would call me in a little confirming its done the techs are just wrapping things up. Troyis excellent and is always there to clean up any messes. I was almost convinced I was not going to get my car back. Thank you Troy! Youre the reason I come back! More
