Awful Purchased a vehicle, took it home, had to bring it back to the service dept the NEXT DAY. That was a week ago. I have called EVERYDAY since. I am currently driving around a rental. Never been so upset over purchasing a vehicle. Awful customer service. Obviously you sold me a vehicle that was not dependable and cannot figure out what's wrong with it. YOU should be updating me! Not me having to call and get transferred 3 times with no updates! More

Would rate zero stars if i could Purchased vehicle and extended warranty from Metro - this is the second time having to bring a vehicle to them for work and the second time they just Purchased vehicle and extended warranty from Metro - this is the second time having to bring a vehicle to them for work and the second time they just wipe their hands from it and can’t be bothered. Had a 9:15am apt - my vechile wasn’t even looked at till the following day - when i questioned why it wasn’t looked at and the point of the apt Jay could hardly be bothered to muster up a decent response not that there was a decent one to even give. When they finally did “look” at it to diagnosis all they could come up with is it now needed to go to a dodge dealer basically because they once again can’t be bothered. My family has been life long metro customers and after the past 3 transactions with them being horrible we will be taking our future business elsewhere. Over their rude, above everyone attitudes, and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose another dealership! More

Best car shopping experience ever I was in a tight spot with my old vehicle falling apart and not that great credit to acquire a new vehicle so I went to Metro to see what they had to I was in a tight spot with my old vehicle falling apart and not that great credit to acquire a new vehicle so I went to Metro to see what they had to offer. Their customer service was amazing and the attention to every little detail throughout the whole process was impeccable. They have a great finance team that found any way possible to get me approved and they fought to get me into a new vehicle. After the purchase was finalized they were very quick to get the servicing and inspection of the vehicle done so that I was able to drive home that night. Buying a vehicle is a stressful enough experience to begin with but all the staff made it easy and as enjoyable as possible. Even after the purchase they are very on top of making sure I was nothing but pleased and ecstatic about my new vehicle. Anyone looking to get top notch service or having issues getting approved I would highly recommend giving Metro Ford a shot as they will make sure you are well informed of all your options and will ensure you are completely satisfied with your new vehicle.
