I was not impressed. I purchased my vehicle at Metro so I took it there for it's first service. I was truly disappointed. I have my second vehicle serviced at another local dealership and I expected a level of service that I just did not receive at Metro. I am not sure that I will go back, I may patronize the new Ford dealer in Albany as it's just as convenient for me. More

Came to this dealership about 10 years ago for service after being dissatisfied with two other Ford dealerships in the Capital District and have made it my to-go place for repairs. I have also bought five cars from them since then. Sales people are not pushy and will try to get you in the car you want at a payment you agree. If searching for Mustangs, look nowhere else, they are second to none. Great selection of trucks too. Service guys are fantastic. They are very good at calling to let you know what’s wrong, options you have and to inform you when your car is ready. Good service, efficient and reasonably-priced. More

they were very accomodating and freindly easy to talk to. They worked with me to get me into a payment I was comfortable at. Body shop blues 🙁 Paint runs. Missed spot. They even "added" a small dent on my door 👎🏼 I know accidents happen and truly I (almost) could have lived with it but when Paint runs. Missed spot. It was NOT so that struck a nerve and not gonna lie it immediately pissed me off. I have drafted a formal complaint complete with pictures. I will be in touch.
