Great experience. Internet sale from outer state. Our Expedition has been totaled and we were running out of time with our insurance company. Found an acceptable replacement. Vehicle was certified, priced right, good options. Dealt with everything vehicle site unseen. Drove our rental to the enterprise right down the street, was brought to dealership and they had everything ready so I could drive the 4 hrs back home. There was one issue with vehicle that I didn’t catch from online that we quickly and acceptably came to an agreement and I was on my way. There might be a lot of dealerships closer in a 4 hr drive from my house, but Metro Ford was friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick and willing to work with someone they had only talked to over the phone. Be a serious shopper, know what your looking for and what your willing to spend. Don’t be a tire kicker and waver over a few bucks here and there. I will return to Metro Ford in the future when I need additional vehicles. More

Financing department was a complete joy to work with! So helpful and took the time to go over every detail. They made sure we went with the best deal for our circumstances. They didn't fix the main issue we brought the car in for. We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking me We brought the car in for several reasons - NYS inspection, to check out some noise under the carriage - but mostly to fix a passenger side locking mechanism that wasn't working. It wouldn't unlock using the fob or the unlock mechanism on the door, so the door had to be opened by someone already inside the car using the handle. They showed a -0- charge on the invoice for the lock repair, which we initially thought was great, but then quickly realized they hadn't even addressed it. Now we have to make a second appointment, which is very difficult given our schedules. Not the best experience this time around. More
