Very friendly sales people My wife and I arrived and were walking around when an employee (not sales) noticed us and asked if we would like to speak to someone. When we answered yes, he went into the showroom and returned shortly saying JJ would be right out to help us. JJ (Salerno) showed up quickly and was most professional and cordial. When we told him we liked the car we were looking at he immediately asked us if e wanted to take a test drive and then got the key and license plate. Herode in the back and pointed out many of the features as we drove arounf the area. Once back and at his desk he continued to provide additional information, as well as extolling the virtues of Metro Ford. We appreciated his concern and knowledge. More

On this occasion, my tires were near the point of replacement and we discussed what brand/ The service advisers are always very friendly and helpful. On this occasion, my tires were near the point of replacement and we discussed what brand/model to replace them with. They didn't have the brand/model I wanted in the size I needed but the adviser agreed with my choice saying he had researched tires for his wife's car and came to the same conclusion - that brand/model and one other that they DID have in stock. I have the price quote and I am checking to see if I can get a better price... I felt this was above and beyond the expected 'sales pitch'... More
