Poor service. This is the last time I’ll ever go to Metro Ford for service. Had life time brakes and rotors installed approx five years ago. Rear brakes need replac This is the last time I’ll ever go to Metro Ford for service. Had life time brakes and rotors installed approx five years ago. Rear brakes need replacing but I lost my receipt. They show in the computer the work was done but state the computer was purged so unless I show a receipt there not honoring the lifetime brakes. Quick lane oil change was a positive experience and gave great service. If this is read by management at Metro don’t try to contact me like you’ve done in the past, I’m done with your dealership and will be purging all your numbers. More

Door replacement Had the door replaced, the foam door stripping is loose on 2 clasps. the backing camera is now not working but Cary said I can bring it back in and ha Had the door replaced, the foam door stripping is loose on 2 clasps. the backing camera is now not working but Cary said I can bring it back in and have it looked at. Satisfactory I was in for the 40,000 mile service on my C-Max. From the report I received when the servicing was complete, I surmise that everything was checked as I was in for the 40,000 mile service on my C-Max.
