Poor service. This is the last time I’ll ever go to Metro Ford for service. Had life time brakes and rotors installed approx five years ago. Rear brakes need replacing but I lost my receipt. They show in the computer the work was done but state the computer was purged so unless I show a receipt there not honoring the lifetime brakes. Quick lane oil change was a positive experience and gave great service. If this is read by management at Metro don’t try to contact me like you’ve done in the past, I’m done with your dealership and will be purging all your numbers. More
