Prices became fair once we negotiated and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Long Review: We started communications through email about a couple of cars available on the lot and I was told that the price was negotiable and to stop by. My dad and I made an appointment, drove an hour and a half to the dealership after assurance that the price was negotiable. If it wasn't we wouldn't have driven the whole way down there. We were kept waiting for almost half an hour and after waiting we were greeted by Dan Lau. He was an extremely nice and cordial salesman. When we sat down to talk about the price, Dan went to check on a price we wanted (the Kelly Blue Book Dealership Purchasing Value for the car with all options included so we made sure to be fair as well) and we were told that the price is the price for a reason from his manager. We left frustrated that we drove all the way there for a non-negotiable price just to be lied to, and the manager found us on our way back to my dad's truck. After 10 minutes of debate, the manager honored the KBB fair purchasing dealership price and the rest of the sale was great. Danny Lau is an excellent salesman and really made the purchasing process enjoyable. As long as Metro Ford honors their promises I would be happy to do business with them in the future and recommend my friends/family to them. More

Poor service This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer ship. It will also be the last. Fees were charged against me that was unwarranted. Excellent Metro Ford took care of what turned out to be a PCM issue on my 2017 Ford Mustang. I initially brought it in for a Check Engine light and that led to Metro Ford took care of what turned out to be a PCM issue on my 2017 Ford Mustang.
