They fixed more than we expected on a used vehicle we purchased, and delivered the car to my home for me (1.5 hours away) because we have 2 little kids and its very difficult to take time to get to a dealership so far away...than you Dan for your service! Joe, the salesman was great to work with and came through with all his promises, and JT was also awesome, communication was top notch and a true pleasure to deal with. More

Love the car I finally found the car closest to the vehicle I’ve been researching for months. It had almost every option I was looking for. I’ve been to other deal I finally found the car closest to the vehicle I’ve been researching for months. It had almost every option I was looking for. I’ve been to other dealerships prior and even put down a few deposits to build a car. Let me just say the process didn’t go as smooth as I would hoped at those other places. At metro there was a fair amount of sales process to be expected but it wasn’t as pushy then what I’ve found elsewhere. The only complaint I have, and it’s partially my fault for being in a hurry to pick up the car and show it off, was I was promised a full tank of gas that was not delivered. The salesman says he’ll rectify that though. More

Took the time I thought I was having an issue with my backup camera and wasn't sure if it was because of water getting into it or not. The service manager took the I thought I was having an issue with my backup camera and wasn't sure if it was because of water getting into it or not. The service manager took the time to spray it with a hose full force on it for like 5 min to see if it might be causing it. They found no problems but took the time to see if they could recreate my concern and told me if I had any problems to give them a call and bring it back. I have worked with JJ looking to buy a car and JT. I would highly recommend working with those 2 people they are great. More
