Love the car I finally found the car closest to the vehicle I’ve been researching for months. It had almost every option I was looking for. I’ve been to other dealerships prior and even put down a few deposits to build a car. Let me just say the process didn’t go as smooth as I would hoped at those other places. At metro there was a fair amount of sales process to be expected but it wasn’t as pushy then what I’ve found elsewhere. The only complaint I have, and it’s partially my fault for being in a hurry to pick up the car and show it off, was I was promised a full tank of gas that was not delivered. The salesman says he’ll rectify that though. More

Excellent execution of the work and follow through. At first I was discouraged by the first few conversations about by car repair and the lack of being able to secure a loaner car for my wife and two yo At first I was discouraged by the first few conversations about by car repair and the lack of being able to secure a loaner car for my wife and two young sons. After a few calls, I spoke to Troy and he was slightly dismissive of me which made me slightly upset but I ended up sending my car up to the dealership and from my wives account she was very pleased and was able to be put into a loaner (very important for some people by the way). After the vehicle was fixed the service and costumer service teams were excellent and Troy turned it around for me. I will do more business with Metro in the future. More
