He helped me purchase the car of my dreams and I will absolutely be recommending him to others. The only negative we experienced at Metro Ford was dealing with Bill Marincic from finance. We found him to be pushy, inconsiderate, and quite rude. Even when asked to assist us in a simple manner, he provided eye rolls and snide remarks because we would not agree to signing up for an extended warranty. We did get to speak with Bill Thorpe, general manager, who apologized for our inconvenience. Both Bill and Will were a pleasure to work with. More

PURCHASED TIRES I purchased four new tires and dealt with Roger Gordon. He was very uncourteous, informed me about the incorrect rebate amount and would not price mat I purchased four new tires and dealt with Roger Gordon. He was very uncourteous, informed me about the incorrect rebate amount and would not price match without a extremely detailed breakdown of prices from another competitor which is ridiculous because he himself would not even give me a complete breakdown of the charges I was receiving service on. He did not inform me of the tire rotation policy until I asked about it as well as the puncture warranty. The floor mats, steering wheel and dash had dirt/grime on it when I got it back. The service provided was very poor, the front driver's side tire was flat within a few days of service leaving me stranded in Albany. When I eventually brought the vehicle back to be fixed, I told Roger that the other three tires were slowly leaking and the front was completely flat. The problem was a "faulty valve stem" and mentioned nothing about checking the other tires, no apology and again very uncommunicative. I've had these tires for 12 days and I've already had to fill them with air twice. I will have to go back and get them checked again. More

Metro Ford found a perfect match and called me to set up an appointment for the install. I was told it could take up to two hours... within an hour, I was back on the road. I had arrived that day at the Service Dept. where in minutes my vehicle was taken to the body shop; time was not wasted to make my needed repair! Everyone was polite, professional and caring... a winning car dealership here! More
