Night drop, autobot chatbot service broken I contacted someone from service via chat on website and scheduled car for oil change and car not in park issue. When I called to check status at 11 I contacted someone from service via chat on website and scheduled car for oil change and car not in park issue. When I called to check status at 11 am, I was told no one looked at car and all they could do was oil change. I was disappointed since I dropped car off via night drop and used online service chatbot to ensure scheduling. More
