Buying used After looking at all the smaller dealers, I found what I was looking for at Metro Ford. Their Sales staff was fantastic, even with my not so enthusiastic attitude from my past experiences with dealers. My sales person was low key, no pressure (J.J. Salerno) and did what was necessary to make me a good deal. His Sales manager ( Victoria) was the most upbeat, energetic attitude at the dealer. She really brightened my day and made my experience there even better. The finance department was also AAAA+++. Michelle had a can do attitude and made my purchase/finance easy ( even with my poor credit). Follow up was great, when I had a question I just called and they answered every time. No run around or waiting for some other "manager" for approval or an answer. I will be back to Metro Ford for my next vehicle. See you in a few years. More

Check engine light on a Saturday My check engine light came on. I scheduled an appt online. When I arrived the service manager said that had I made appt by phone he would have recom My check engine light came on. I scheduled an appt online. When I arrived the service manager said that had I made appt by phone he would have recommended against a Saturday since they are on a skeleton crew. I had time so I waited it out (walked up to Lowes to kill some time. My woman that sold me the truck stopped over to chat) The tech found the cause of the problem with the o2 sensor and fixed it for me. There was only one mechanic working but he was the right one!! More
