Recent Service Experience I recently had to bring my Ford Escape in for service. I had some questions about the work and my extended warranty service plan. No bad bulbs Had a friend bring my car in to be checked, had just recently had it checked at another dealer. They said it needed a front little bulb and tires. Metro now said both license plate bulbs were out and back brakes were bad. Thought that both bulbs burning out with a week was strange, imagine my surprise when I checked and both bulbs were working fine. Will never go there again!!!! More
