Body Shop & Tires I had to bring my Explorer into the body shop for a very quick molding replacement and figured while I was there to have new tires put on. From the T I had to bring my Explorer into the body shop for a very quick molding replacement and figured while I was there to have new tires put on. From the Time I spoke to Gary in the Body Shop and then Troy in Service, everything was done. They made the arrangements for the vehicle to go from one area to the other, not making me do the work of coordinating everything. Even the loaner car was waiting for me and I was to work on time! Wouldn't think of bringing my car to another dealer or garage for service, not with the experiences at Metro Ford. See you in a few thousand miles for the routine maintenance. More

Financed talked me out of buying car at first Finance would not take no for an answer about warranty so I left and considered buying from another dealer.
