End lease of 2017 Escape & begin Lease of 2018 Fusion Check engine light came on in 3 separate occasions. Occassion 1: computer software update; Occasion 2: Technical Service Bulletin replacement of intak Check engine light came on in 3 separate occasions. Occassion 1: computer software update; Occasion 2: Technical Service Bulletin replacement of intake manifold, clean air changer, and gaskets; Occassion 3: replace spark plug with broken porcelain. Metro Ford worked out a new lease on a 2018 Fusion SE whereby the remaining payments on the 2017 Escape would be paid and very reasonable lease was offered for the 2018 Fusion SE. All of the Metro Ford employees I listed below were very professional and delivered what they promised. I would recommend the dealership to others. More

Pleasant, efficient, quick equals satisfactory outcome. My visit was for a very simple oil change and NYS Inspection. I expected it to be quick and easy (since the car is a year old with only 1,200 miles.. My visit was for a very simple oil change and NYS Inspection. I expected it to be quick and easy (since the car is a year old with only 1,200 miles.......I am the proverbial "old lady" who hardly drives). Don met me at check in and was pleasant and helpful. He advised that the mechanic would send me a video on my cel as he was inspecting my vehicle. He did....and it was a nice "feature" to be advised, with video, of my car's condition. Shortly after viewing, I picked up my vehicle. I was pleased with my experience. More
