Occassion 1: computer software update; Occasion 2: Technical Service Bulletin replacement of intake manifold, clean air changer, and gaskets; Occassion 3: replace spark plug with broken porcelain. Metro Ford worked out a new lease on a 2018 Fusion SE whereby the remaining payments on the 2017 Escape would be paid and very reasonable lease was offered for the 2018 Fusion SE. All of the Metro Ford employees I listed below were very professional and delivered what they promised. I would recommend the dealership to others. More

He advised that the mechanic would send me a video on my cel as he was inspecting my vehicle. He did....and it was a nice "feature" to be advised, with video, of my car's condition.
