Quick and painless! I went Sunday to look at a truck F250 that I saw on line. I sat with Darlene and she was excellent! I took truck for a test drive and purchased it. They had plates, registration and sticket already done! Very convenient them having registry right on the premises. Also I got a great deal on trade in and new truck. Electrical Issue Metro service was very thorough and took the time to go over my truck with a fine tooth comb to insure they were not missing anything. Review on my purchase I found the car I wanted, Dan wasn't the least bit interested in even selling the ford explorer. I had to follow up with Dan regarding issue and was t I found the car I wanted, Dan wasn't the least bit interested in even selling the ford explorer. I had to follow up with Dan regarding issue and was told it was a soft spot in the tire. Now realizing it's a barring and needs an alignment which were concerns i brought to his attention before purchase. He said it was all would be handled. Week after purchase it's in the shop. Way to go to metro ford and their outstanding service. I would never recommend anyone purchase a car there. Customer service was not friendly and they couldn't be bothered. More
