Sara was the lovely voice on the phone when I scheduled appointment but unfortunately handed me over to a sleazy salesman. Everything bad about cars salesmen wrapped up in one! Who also insulted us as we got up and left. Promptly bought my car within an hour at a different dealership. Never been treated so poorly at a Ford location and I’ve been driving Fords for the last 45 years! More
