Very nice staff, but sometimes there’s a lack of communication with the customer about the status of their vehicle. I expected my vehicle to be there for 1 day, and it wasn’t even looked at until da communication with the customer about the status of their vehicle. I expected my vehicle to be there for 1 day, and it wasn’t even looked at until day 2 and then not ready until day 3. No loaner was offered, which would have been helpful.
