So there was some trepidation starting the whole process. I started online checking dealers inventory and pricing to get a ballpark of what was out there. From there I narrowed my list down to possible options and what I might be interested in test driving. I emailed Metro Ford Of Madison indicating I wanted to test drive a 2013 Volkseagen Jetta they had on their lot. The next morning I was contacted by Doug Vesling of their sales staff to set up a time and day to come in for the test drive. We set a time and date and I went and test drove the car. I explained to Doug where I was in my evaluation process and that I would likely do nothing until after the holidays. Doug said he understood and he applied no pressure or sales tactics to close the deal ASAP. He actually respected my wishes and timelines. I got through Christmas and knew I needed to buy a vehicle sooner than later. I appreciated Doug's attitude, approach and knowledge earlier so I made the decision to go back to Doug and purchase my vehicle. The process and negotiations where rather painleess and I was treated respectfully and professionally by all the other people at Metro Ford as we completed the buying process. At no time was I pressured, rushed or had no questions that went unanswered. At the end of the transaction I could not have been more pleased with how everything went. I will tell everyone I know who may be in the market for a used or new car or truck to ask for Doug at Metro Ford Of Madison. More

Matt Kuphal at Metro was great! Matt went over and beyond to help find me a vehicle I liked. He was very friendly and did not pressure me at all. He also allowed me to test drive the vehicle to my fiancé’s place of work so he could also look at it. Once I decide it was the vehicle for me, he was very flexible and able to work on thing for me such as finding all weather car mats for the car so they were ready when I picked the car up. He was also very responsive with my multiple calls and emails. The only con was there was a chip in the windshield that could not be filled prior to me picking it up but Matt was able to find me someone that could fill it for cost in a day. I would totally buy a vehicle in the future from him. More
