I purchased a used truck, 4 years old, from this dealership and I was not even 5 miles away when the truck broke down. Took 2 weeks to get repaired. I was told it was mailed out the end of August and its the middle of September and still no check. No one returns phone calls or emails. Definitely not a relations I want with a dealership, won’t ever buy a vehicle here again. More

Was ripped as far as I'm concerned by two different cars with a defective transmission no Ford dealership was willing to fix it or buy back the car from us so we will never buy from Ford again at any Ford d with a defective transmission no Ford dealership was willing to fix it or buy back the car from us so we will never buy from Ford again at any Ford dealership at all this one treated us so badly it hurt and they were very unapologetic they said the second one was not the same transmission so they lied to us and they wouldn't fix it or take it back or buy it back in exchange for another car we attempted to get another Ford with a buyback but nope even Ford said up yours with a rubber hose on both cars we pay for two cards from them and they ripped us all off both times do not shop forward at all they will rip you off that's a big question mark cuz I don't want to be sued for falsifying fake information that happens to be truthful they did not fix the transmission they still sell the transmission at some of the dealership we found a few that still had the cars with the defective transmission Ford claims are not defective at all that's a big question mark cuz I don't think they're telling the truth I don't think they ever will tell the truth too many people found the problem with that transmission to be truthful about it thank you goodbye don't shop at any Ford dealer we bought a Volkswagen cuz dealer Ford suck big time and their dealerships we've never found one that would fix it they all shunned us away and treated us like we were just bringing something that they just heard of More

Just picked up my Explorer after having it there for a recall. Started driving down the road and could hear air, my window had been left open about an inch all night. Called the service manager to see how that happened (my windows were frozen when I dropped it off so I know my windows were shut all the way), he had no explanation for me. I asked what they were going to do to make up for it....was told I could get a free oil change (told him that's not good enough I already have 8 of those from our purchases there). Told him I want it detailed, he immediately refused because that's a $200 service. They don't take care of their customers after they get their money from the sale. This isn't our first bad experience with them, but it will be the last. I won't buy another vehicle from them ever again! More
