After looking at cars at several different places on Saturday and having no luck in my city, Milwaukee, I was exhausted and starting to believe that I was the Goldielocks of car buying; no car was "just right." On a whim I expanded my radius (again) on autotrader and found my perfect car at Metro Ford! Driving in from Milwaukee took longer than anticipated, and I ended up arriving just a bit before closing. Nicky already had the car ready and warm, always a plus in below freezing weather. During the test drive she was sociable yet professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by her for a sale and she took the time to address all of my concerns thouroughly. I would definitely recommend Nicky to anyone looking for a fun and easy car buying experience! More

Finance was a breeze, as it should be … but seldom is. The delivery crew went way out of their way to go over all the options. They set up the Ford Sync 3 as needed for BOTH our phones and stayed with us until we understood the operations – and all this was late in the day as a snow storm was breaking and I am sure they were ready to go home. Was very impressed with the entire sales to delivery! More
