They use Ford parts and fluids for the oil change. It's done right and they take pictures of the parts they say need attention. Service took about 5 months to complete, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was on and off. They kept saying nothing was wrong, then I’d go get it and it was not working. I had it towed twice. Very absolutely unacceptable. It was on and off. They kept saying nothing was wrong, then I’d go get it and it was not working. I had it towed twice. Very poor customer service and no communication about anything. They also gave me my car with no gas. The VERY LEAST they could have done was fill up the tank! I will NEVER go there again. More
