I will start by saying that my service writer was good BUT the actual service leaves MUCH to be desired. I made an appointment the week prior for an oil change. When I wrote the description of the work n BUT the actual service leaves MUCH to be desired. I made an appointment the week prior for an oil change. When I wrote the description of the work needed, I included that they needed to reattach the splash shield that THEY never can reattach correctly so it is constantly coming loose. The last time it came loose driving 75 down the turnpike so my husband removed it and placed in my my trunk. I told them where it was and to reinstall it. After waiting for 3.5 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT, I got to my car and the shield was still in my trunk. They argued with me about putting it on that I needed a new one and I told them that they owe me a new one because they NEVER put it back on correctly and they are the ONLY ones that ever change my oil. After a long discussion they put it back on and within a 5 mile drive it was loose and slapping the bottom of my car again. REDICULOUS!!!! If they can't complete a simple task of reattached the splash guard, it scares me that they are working on an engine!!!!! More
