I had an outstanding experience with Metro Ford OKC from start to finish. This was actually my first time ever purchasing a brand-new vehicle, so I naturally had a lot of questions and was a little nervous start to finish. This was actually my first time ever purchasing a brand-new vehicle, so I naturally had a lot of questions and was a little nervous going into the process. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in my decision. After visiting several dealerships during my vehicle search, Metro Ford stood out immediately because of how friendly, professional, and down-to-earth everyone was. They treated me like a person rather than just another customer walking through the door. What impressed me most was the complete lack of pressure throughout the process. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. In fact, that was one of the biggest reasons I ultimately chose to purchase from Metro Ford. Other dealerships made me feel pressured, which caused me to walk away. Metro Ford was the exact opposite. They gave me the time and space to ask questions, think through my options, and make the decision that was right for me. The entire team was extremely responsive and transparent throughout the process. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, whether it was about pricing, financing, or the vehicle itself. I genuinely felt like they were working to find the best deal possible for both me and the dealership rather than simply trying to make a sale. The dealership itself was also incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming when I arrived in person, which reflected the professionalism of the staff. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, especially when it's your first brand-new vehicle purchase, but Metro Ford OKC made it one of the easiest and most enjoyable buying experiences I've ever had. I drove away feeling great about my purchase and the way I was treated throughout the process. This was the most seamless, hassle-free process I’ve had in buying a vehicle. Antwon and Rocky were easy to work with and I felt the price we settled on was fair with very little back-and-forth. we have owned our ford for 10 months we had it in the service center twice for oil changes, both time i was able to schedule on line and got right in the service department people are very professional w service center twice for oil changes, both time i was able to schedule on line and got right in the service department people are very professional will continue using Metro Ford for the life time of my car.
